Banana Berry Smoothie with Chia

We love the health benefits of chia and the power boosting Omega 3s and fiber they give to our smoothies. Here’s one of our favorite ways to blend together the antioxidant power of blueberries and chia. Enjoy!
Here is the recipe:

Ingredients: 

1 ProYo, Blueberry Pomegranate

1 handful of raspberries (approx. 1/4 cup)
1 handful of blueberries (approx. 1/4 cup)
1 handful of pomegranates (approx. 1/4 cup)
1 banana (3/4’s in the blender) a few slices on top
1 handful of walnuts (approx. 1/4 cup)
1 tsp of chia seeds
Ice
Blend Until Smooth
