At ProYo, we’re always looking for ways to enjoy some of our favorite foods without the guilt. So, when Jackie of Gluten Free Follow Me created a Protein Banana Split using our Banana Vanilla ProYo, paleo granola, strawberries and mini marshmallows, we couldn’t be more delighted. Now, we can enjoy this sweet treat knowing we’re also getting important nutrients like protein. We bet your kiddos will love making this recipe with you, too.

Here is the recipe:

Ingredients: 

– 1 tube (4oz) of Banana Vanilla ProYo High Protein Frozen Yogurt

– 1/4 cup Paleo granola

– 1 banana

– 1/4 cup sliced strawberries

– 1/4 cup of mini marshmallows

Instructions: 

– Slice a banana in half the long way.
– Spoon Banana Vanilla ProYo onto banana.
– Generously top with granola, marshmallows and strawberries.
– Eat immediately and enjoy!
