After a little experimentation in the kitchen this week, we came up with this lovely little gem of a holiday smmothie.  We call it the Vanilla Bean and Cranberry Mint-To-Be Smoothie.  Sure its a long name, but hey its delicious. Here is the recipe: –  1 Vanilla Bean  ProYo High Protein Frozen Yogurt –  2 oz Low Fat Milk –  2 oz Of Ice – Handful of fresh cranberries. – Handful of fresh mint.   Instructions:  Drop all these little goodies in a blender and hit the switch!   Super simple.  For all you fancy types, drop a fresh cranberry on top with a mint sprig to impress your friends.
