In 2001, Shannon Sargent was diagnosed with a series of digestive issues that forced her to drastically change her diet and focus on clean, nutrient-rich foods. We are pumped to share that Shannon fell in love with our ice creams and has created this guilt-free Banana Split Smoothie recipe the whole family can enjoy using our Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. Perfect for any-time of day, from breakfast to an after-pool treat, we know what’s on the menu for our family this week!
Here is the recipe:
– 1 banana
– 5-6 fresh strawberries
– 1/2 cup milk of choice
– 1/2 cup frozen pinneapple
– 1/3 cup frozen cherries
– 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
– 1 scoop Vanilla Bean ProYo Ice Cream
– 4-5 ice cubes
– 2 tsp chocolate syrup
– 2 tbsp whipped cream
– Blend first 8 ingredients until smooth.
– Top with chocolate syrup and whipped cream.
