What better way to get ready for Thanksgiving then by getting PUMPED UP with a Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie? The ladies of Oh So Delicioso have not disappointed creating this festive twist on one of our holiday favorites. It’s packed full of protein and lower in fat than if you used regular vanilla ice cream.

Here is the recipe:

Ingredients (makes about 24oz): 

–  1 container (14oz) Vanilla ProYo High Protein Low Fat Ice Cream

–  1/3 cup milk (or plant-based milk)

–  2/3 cup pumpkin puree

–  1/2 tsp cinnamon

–  1/4 tsp ginger

–  1/4 tsp nutmeg

– Whipped cream topping

–  Graham cracker crumbles (gluten-free varieties available)

Instructions: 

– Add all ingredients, except the whipped cream and graham crackers, to a blender.
– Pulse on high until smooth.
– Pour into a festive sundae cup and serve immediately.

PRO TIP: Add in more ice cream or milk to reach your desired consistency.
